Covid-19 Guidelines

*IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of July 1, 2020, you are required to wear a mask into our office in compliance with the statewide mandate (more info available here)

As we re-open for non-emergency appointments in the midst of Covid-19, we appreciate your patience and understanding. For the health of our patients and our staff, we will be adjusting our schedule and our operating procedures in line with state and federal guidelines, as well as monitoring the situation and updating our procedures as necessary. We cannot guarantee 100% protection from potential aerosols or indirect contact with Covid-19, but we can take these additional steps to limit the risk and provide treatment as safely as possible. Thank you for joining us in that effort.

Please read all of the following guidelines before coming in for your appointment.

Additionally, our office will be open ONLY to patients with appointments who go through our prescreening process. If you need to make an appointment, purchase a product, make a payment, etc, please call our office to make these arrangements. Drop-ins will not be permitted at this time.

1. In the last 21 days have you experienced any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever

  • Dry Cough

  • Shortness of breath or Difficulty breathing

  • Chills or Repeated shaking with chills

  • Muscle pain or fatigue

  • Headache

  • Sore throat

  • Diarrhea

  • Vomiting

  • New loss of taste or smell


If YES, please reschedule your appointment.

2. In the last 21 days have you engaged in any domestic or international travel, or engaged in travel by:


  • Plane

  • Train

  • Taxi

  • Bus

  • Ride share

If YES, please reschedule your appointment.

3. In the last 21 days have you attended a group gathering outside of your household?

If YES, please call to discuss.

4. In the last 21 days, have you been exposed to anyone who is experiencing the symptoms listed above, who has traveled as noted above, or who has attended a group gathering?

If YES, please reschedule your appointment.




Please remain in your car until we can either text, call, or signal to let you know when we are ready to check you in. You may wait outside our office - please note the door will be locked until one of our staff lets you in for prescreening. Please make sure you have everything you need with you before entering the building (paperwork, insurance cards, form of payment, etc).


As of July 1, 2020, we are complying with Oregon's statewide mandate requiring masks in indoor public spaces. While you will need to remove your mask once you're seated for your appointment, please bring your own mask and wear it as much as possible. Our staff will wear protective gear at all times for your protection and ours.


An assistant will let you in the front door and give instructions for check-in, which will include:

  • Answer prescreening questions

  • We will take your temperature

  • You will be asked to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water

  • An assistant will direct you to an operatory for your appointment




No non-patients will be permitted to enter or use facilities, except when necessary to accompany minors or assist with a patient’s mobility needs and will be subject to pre-screening as well.
